Beaches at Zavial, Boco do Rio, Salema, Burgau, and many other small coves are within a few minutes car drive. Boco do Rio and Salema being the closest, reachable in about 3 minutes by car.
Golf
The beautiful Golf course at Parque da Floresta is just 3 minutes by car or a short cut walk through the village. Clients of Casa Margarida can enjoy discount of 20% on most green fees. 
This site also has tennis, Archery, Bowls a Gymnasium and Health Spa all available to our clients on a 'pay per play' basis.
Courses at Boa Vista Lagos (some discounts may also be available here), Palmares and Penina are a short drive away.
Travel
Faro is the nearest large commercial airport (although light aircraft can land at Lagos).
Car hire is recommended to maximise travelling opportunities in the region.
Travel time from Faro airport to Casa Margarida is about 50 minutes.
Budens Local Details
Budens has a range of local mini market shops closeby and an Intermarche supermarket some way down on the main road where fresh fish and meat is available.
Several bars and restaurants are open most of the year in our village and the cuisine ranges from local country dishes to high cuisine.
There are banks and cash machines at nearby Vila do Bispo, Lagos, and a cashpoint inside the local supermarket at Budens Intermarche.
